Your event begins with a flawlessly choreographed rehearsal, including the music and officiant of your choice. The day of the wedding will be planned in great detail, including your arrival at the Dressing Room, where complete privacy awaits you. Your Westminster Coordinator will direct the wedding party, immediate family members and guests, follow the designated timeline, cue the musicians, and tend to any necessary details in order to ensure a seamless and memorable ceremony.
Following your ceremony, guests will enter the adjoining reception room where they will enjoy a cocktail hour with music already playing. When the wedding party is announced to enthusiastic applause, the lights will dim and an equally well-orchestrated reception will begin.
